Pinloop

Terms of service

Last updated 23 August 2026.

These are the rules for using Pinloop. Creating an account means you accept them. Pinloop is built and run by Andrew Allen, and questions about anything here go to andrew@pinloop.ai. What Pinloop stores about you and who else touches it is on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

Pinloop is early software

Pinloop is new and is still changing quickly. Commands change, results change, and parts of it will break. Do not rely on Pinloop for anything you cannot afford to have go wrong, and keep your own copy of anything that matters to you.

Your account

One account belongs to one person. Pinloop has no passwords. Keep the sign-in codes emailed to you and your login token to yourself, and tell andrew@pinloop.ai if you think someone else has them. What happens under your account is your responsibility. You may point a coding agent or a script at your own account, and everything it does counts as something you did.

What you upload stays yours

Your resume, your written background and everything else you store remain yours. Pinloop does not claim ownership of any of it. By storing it, you give Pinloop permission to keep it, to show it back to you, and to send it to the AI model companies named on the privacy page, for the single purpose of running the product for you. That permission covers nothing else, and it ends when you delete the material or close the account.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not store other people's personal information in your profile documents.

What Pinloop's judgments are, and are not

When Pinloop judges a posting against your profile, an AI model wrote that verdict and that reasoning. It can be wrong, it can miss things, and it can be confidently wrong. It is not legal, financial, immigration or career advice, and it is not a promise that you are eligible for a job or that you would be considered for it. Read the posting yourself before you act on anything Pinloop tells you, and decide for yourself what to apply to.

Job postings come from elsewhere

The job postings in Pinloop are collected from a third-party supplier and from public job boards. Pinloop does not write them, does not check that they are accurate, does not know whether a job is still open, and is not connected to the employers who posted them. A posting can be out of date or wrong, and Pinloop is not responsible for that.

What you may not do

  • Break the law with Pinloop, or use it to harass or deceive anyone.
  • Try to reach another account's information, get around the limits on what an account may read, or attack, overload or interfere with the service.
  • Copy the job posting collection in bulk in order to republish it, resell it, or build a competing collection out of it.
  • Sell or give away access to your account, or create accounts automatically.
  • Use Pinloop to submit applications on someone else's behalf without their knowledge and permission.

Pinloop limits how many requests an account may make in a given minute so that one account cannot exhaust the service for everyone. Do not work around those limits.

Paying for Pinloop

Pinloop is free to use. Free covers everything you do while you are sitting at your own terminal: searching, reading postings, saving lists, storing your profile, and running your own routines, with a limit each month on how many job postings an AI model will judge for your account and on how many searches by meaning your account may run. A subscription raises both of those limits, and it is also what lets Pinloop run a routine for you when you are not there: on a schedule you set, or on a watch that fires when new postings arrive. An account that pays nothing cannot store a schedule or a watch. A subscription also lets you ask for job coverage Pinloop does not carry yet. Email andrew@pinloop.ai, or run pinloop message, with the roles, level, and country you want. You get the exact posting count back before you pay. Once you subscribe, those postings are searchable from your account within seven days, and they stay in Pinloop after that. Postings added this way may be limited to subscribed accounts. The free plan covers entry-level software roles in the United States, and that coverage does not shrink. Nothing is charged to you unless you start a subscription. You start one by running pinloop billing, which opens a Pinloop page carrying a card form. The amount and how often it is charged are shown on that page before you enter anything.

Stripe processes every payment to Pinloop. Your card details go to Stripe and never to Pinloop. Pinloop stores the identifier Stripe uses for you as a customer, whether your subscription is live, and the dates of the month you have paid for. Stripe sends the receipt for every charge.

A subscription renews every month until you cancel it. You cancel by running pinloop billing again, which opens a Stripe page where cancelling, replacing a card and reading past charges all happen. Cancelling keeps what you have already paid for: your account, including any schedules and watches you have running, stays on the paid plan until the end of the month you paid for. After that it returns to the free plan; any schedules and watches you stored are kept but stop running until you subscribe again. If a renewal charge fails, Stripe retries your card over the following days, and your account stays on the paid plan while it does. Refunds are not automatic; email andrew@pinloop.ai and ask.

Pinloop may change or stop

Commands, results, limits and features may change at any time, and Pinloop may be shut down. If Pinloop is going to be shut down, account holders will be told by email with enough notice to get their material out. Pinloop does not promise any particular uptime, speed or availability.

No warranty

Pinloop is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. There is no promise that it will work, that it will be available, that results will be accurate or complete, or that it fits any particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pinloop and Andrew Allen are not liable for lost opportunities, lost jobs, lost income, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Pinloop. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid for Pinloop in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not permit to be limited.

Ending your account

You may stop using Pinloop at any time, and you may ask for your account and everything stored under it to be deleted by emailing andrew@pinloop.ai. An account that breaks these rules, or that is being used in a way that damages the service or other people, may be suspended or closed, and where it is reasonable to do so you will be told why first.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top changes, and account holders are told by email before a change that meaningfully reduces your rights takes effect. Continuing to use Pinloop after a change means you accept the changed terms.
